I have developed a custom helpdesk website using open source software for two public middle schools in Manhattan, designed to efficiently manage and track IT assets and technical support requests. The platform provides a centralized system that handles all technology-related issues within the school, offering a seamless solution for staff, students, and administrators to resolve technical challenges.
